I, a once diabetic coach potato, am now a woman of steel. After a weekend of walking all over a theme park, I went to the gym today and did an hour of Pilates, 1 hour of nautilus weights, 30 min. of free weights, and 1/2 an hour on the cycle. I can SEE the inches melting off. I am dropping quickly since I upped my cardio. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Next week I go to visit old friends who haven't seen me in 3 years. He,He,He!!!!

that's AWESOME LouAnn! I need to get back in gear (once finals are over) and do my walking & cardio. I might buy some aerobics tapes...any suggestion? Beth

What kind of workout tape are you looking for? Slow and easy start? Richard Simmons sweatin to the oldies is still a goodie(although dated), Tai Chi for beginners is a good one, too. Want more burn? Fab Abs is a good tape(also DVD), or Buns of steel. My favorite workout is on TV every morning. The backdrop is Hawaii and it is a real overall workout. Kid just screamed gotta go.
