VERY HIGH PROTEIN FIND!!! MUST SEE THIS!
Hey Januarians
I went to Wal Mart and was looking for *new* ideas and was craving cereal. Well I bought some Atkins "Morning Start" cereal (triple berry). I came home, measured 1 cup (because all I've eaten today is only 2oz of steak), and put in 3 oz of fresh strawberries and 1/2c of Carb Countdown (white) milk and VOILA!! You have *guessing* over 30g of protein!!!!!!
I'm still chomping away...taking my time because I want to *try* and get in this much protein. I've not gotten NEAR what my daily allowance calls for, but I've got finals, and stuff going on...just busy!

I also put one packet of Splenda in it for a kick! Oh, and I'm finding out now as I , that if you let the cereal soak in the CC milk, it almost tastes like oatmeal if you like that kinda thing...

That stuff rocks doesn't it?! I love to eat that stuff when I have the time for breakfast. You and I are in the same boat when it comes to school, finals and all that crap. UGH! This term sucked worse than last term and I was recovering from surgery then! LOL! This term all my classes conflict with my exercise routine and I am finding it hard to stay ahead of my homework b/c I am putting exercise first for once in my life!
