sorry I haven't been around. I have had an appointment with a psychiatrist, and he doubled my Lexapro to 40mg a day - the first week I felt great and now I'm back in a deep depression. Not sure what the heck is going on with me - I just can't snap out of it. Sigh. The good thing is that I am officially down 107 lbs in just over three months and I am exercising every single day - I'm almost addicted to it! Today I worked myself up to 35min on the elliptical machine, and I ran a couple of miles on the treadmill. Hope everyone is well, and better (emotionally) than I am. Melissa 399/292/180

Please honey stick that skinny chin in the air and walk and talk proud and happy. BIG HUG ..................Peggy P.S. i to suffer with depression so i do understand.

((((((((((((MELISSA))))))))))))))))))) Honey you are NOT alone in the depression category. My poor doctor thought I was and at first, he only put me on 150mg of Wellbutrin XL, THEN I went back to him and he upped it to 300mg of Wellbutrin XL once per day! Now I have SO much more energy, and able to get in my protein (except for today) and exercise (except for this week due to finals & studying like ) YOU are doing OVER AND BEYOND FANTASTIC!!!!! WOW I'm SO proud of you!!!! ((((((hugs again))))))) You deserve to be healthy AND happy! Honey DON'T GIVE UP!!!!! WE ARE ALL HERE STICKING BY YOU THROUGH THICK & THIN AND WE WON"T LET ANYONE SLIP UP OR FALL BACK.... We are ALL Januarians, so we ALL have to stick together and support each other! Beth

A lot of people mourn the loss of their friend food...it's still our friend but just in a new way. I know I struggles a few days ago because I needed comfort and I can't use food to fill that void now. Fortunately we have this board to provide us with what we need...along with good doctors. You are doing great on the weight loss!! congrats on the dedication to exercise too...i love the gym. Christie
