Down 61lbs Now!

I am down to 235, but I at my second plateau right now. But, I just keep on with the exercise and it will be over in about 2 weeks. Everytime I go to the Doctor, they comment on how proud they are of me and how the exercise is really taking the weight off nicely. Whoopee!

Thanks. I get really excited when I lose weight, but my family thinks I'm crazy because I get so elated. They have no idea what's it like to see it coming off.
