Its a mystery to me...
Oh Sweetie, I am sorry that you are so sad right now. It will get better Hun, you can make it through! Have you tried speaking with a nutritionist? Do you keep a food diary? My suggestion is to keep a food and exercise journal for at least a week and then take it into a dietary specialist or nutritionist and see if they can find anything that you can change, modify or add to what you are already doing.
Keep up hope Hun! You are doing good, at least you are not one of the very unfortunate few who have lost even less. Together we can make it through this and future plataeus, holes and hills! LOL!

Hi Stacy
Your doing terrific. I had surgery the same day as you and have lost 45lbs. I believe that some people have a harder time loosing than others. I know that I would not have lost the weight without the surgery. This week the scale didn't budge at all so I decreased my carbs and increased my protein, hopefully this will help. I also know that I'm not exercising like the other girls and that is part of the problem. Keep your head up high, the weight will come off.
Take care
Cindy
Come out from under that chair darlin'. We all feel this way at times.
You didn't say how many calories or how much protien you were getting in, but if it is to low your body will fight to hold onto what it has and you will lose slower. Try FitDay.com to track your intake and see what you are getting and go from there. Good Luck hon and you are doing fine........Peggy
