MY ROUTINE: Monday & Wednesday- Water Aerobics (60 min.) & TaeKwonDo Class (60 min), stretching. Tuesday & Thursday- Water Aerobics (60 min.), Swimming (45 min), Practice TKD (15 min), stretching. Friday & Sa****er Aerobics (60 min.), Swimming (45 min), Practice TKD (45 min), stretching. TIPS: Walk whenever you can- I walk my son to and from school when the weather is nice, it gives us time to talk and we both get some mild exercise! Skip the elevator- you burn double the calories taking the stairs instead of taking the elevator! Do it with a partner- exercising alone is rarely fun, take a friend with you, or bring your pet! Stretching with a partner is more beneficial than by yourself, you can get a longer, smoother stretch when a partner gives you a slight amount of pressure FAVORITE VIDEOS: Gaiam am & pm Yoga Gaiam am & pm Stretch

mon-friday (5) days : 45 mins on cross trainer / boxing and speed bag 15-20 mins saturday : get dropped off 3-4 miles from home and make my way back walking 60-90 mins I cannot start weight lifting till after i see docter on 28th. i cannot wait. i busted by stitches 2 weeks out and had to go back into surgery to make sure their was no damage, and was restitched with retention stitches and staples, it was quite the site to see and was so uncomfy but since then i been like a lion, dropping weight quick and feeling like a million bucks. my goal is to go back to kickboxing and karate i did 8 years ago. I never thought it would ever be possible, i am overwhelmed by the thought of it. I come here in the morning when i get into work and stop by after dinner. I am confident and strong when i leave here.It renews me. i know the impossible is possible, what a great feeling. I am a student and a teacher here i help with the things i know and learn when it is something i do not know. i love the support, the tips, the unity. we all have the same goal,it is quite compelling and overwhelming at times. Thanks to all of you that pass through these doors because here i walk among friends.....smile

Mon. Weds. and Friday- I do 45 min. of Yoga, 45 min. of nautilus weights, 20 min. of treadmill, and 10 min. of cycling. I am increasing the cycling soon. Tuesday and Thursday I do 45 min. each of Pilates, floor work, swimming, and treadmill/cycling. Sat. I work fixing up an old church by mopping, painting, sweeping, and sanding. Sunday I rest. Dessert is a massage/mani./pedi. once every 2 weeks, and the hot tub and a moisturizer every night. I get on the scale every Friday. I highly recommend yoga. It is low impact and great for beginners.

This is good to see. Thanks for posting. I Do water arobics on Mondays and Fridays On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I walk on the treadmill for 45 minuts, and then I work with personal trainer for 30 minutes to work on toning. Monday thru Friday I walk twice daily on my breaks for 10 to 15 minutes. I work in downtown SF so it is usually nice walking. The treadmill is so boring, and I would love to try some other type of cardio.
