How much/often do you exercise? I try and walk a few times a week.
How many calories, protein, carbs do you ingest daily? cals are between 800 and 1000, protien is around 60 don't do carbs. In order to keep cals down you have to keep the carbs down.
The biggest change so far that I have seen is so much less pain when I move and I am back to work full time, which means 10 hour days in fast food.

Weight loss is 88.5 as of this morning, starting weight was 388 so I'm very happy to have gotten to OR under the 300 mark for the first time in YEARS.............................
Dress size????????????????? I guess I don't get into that kind of stuff.... lol........
Exercise.... everyday.... get a lot of walking in with my job, but try to put in at least 1 mile for 30 min. @ a good pace.
Calories? Carbs?
Portein try to get in @ least 60 plus grams a day...
I've not eaten read meat........ sorry had a bit of chile one day but no red meat since Dec. been lots of fish, chicken, tuna, fruit, vegs....

What was your starting dress size and what is your size now? Started out at a 26 ( in jeans), now 20
How much/often do you exercise? I try to exercise 5 days a week, the eliptical 35 min., the treadmill 15 min., then also on some days weight training.
How many calories, protein, carbs do you ingest daily? I don't count calories or carbs, my doctor's office said not to. On the protein I get between 55-65 a day. I am required to get between 44-55 a day for my height.
I started at 296lbs, now at 235lbs, so I've lost 61lbs since January. My starting dress size was a 22-24, and now I am wearing 14-16 in regular sizes. I exercise 5-6 days a week for 2 hours. I do not ingest more than 800 calories total per day because I can't eat my meals and drink as much fluids as needed. I eat a protein bar (Pure Protein) as a snack so I am ingesting about 50g of protein per day.
It seems to be working for me and I haven't experienced any hair loss yet.
