i try to eat 1000-1200 cals a day, i would be afaird to eat less and be at gym doing a workout for 90 mins. I am still losing weight at a rapid pace. i think the it is up to the person and what they can handle and still function and keep a good metabolic rate and maintain vitamin and mineral intake.
This is a question that I have had from the very beginning and have come to the conclusion that it is very different for different people.
I try to keep mine between 800 and 1000. I've lost 56 bls so far.
If you feel good at what you are getting in and your labs look good I wouldn't worry to much.
