Have to love them

I wanted to laugh but she was so upset and so concerned that I couldn't. One of the older ladies in my church pulled me aside today at work and wanted to know if I was okay. She said that she was really worried about me and that I had lost a lot of weight. She said that she had seen my name in the prayer list saying that I had had surgery a few weeks ago. She said that they were doing great things with the big C now. I tried very hard to explain to her that the surgery that I had had was to make me lose weight and that I was fine a felt better than I had in ages. She really didn't under stand and said that some of the surgeries that they do now will make you lose weight but after they get rid of it all I will be fine and she will keep praying for me. I will have to talk to her son Sunday I can't have her thinking that I have cancer and that is why I am losing weight. Maybe he can make her understand about my surgery. It was really sweet that she was so concerned....................Peggy
