3 months post op today

Today is my 3 month anniversary!! I feel so much better than I did 3 months ago. My energy level is way up. I am exercising. My sugar is down & so is my blood pressure. I am down to a size 18 and well on my way to 16's. I am 61 pounds lighter. I think of carrying around another 61 pounds and no wonder I was so tired!! I thank god everyday for this surgery & pray that it continues to be covered by insurance for others. It really is cost effective in the long run, not to mention it helps better the physical & emotional health of those who have the surgery. I am not saying it is the answer for everyone....it certainly isn't!! But for those who are sick & tired of it all and are ready to make the changes needed in their diet & activity, it is a wonderful thing. I am looking forward to ONEderland this month. Only 9 pounds to go!! Christie 269/208/125-130?
