WHAT HAVE YOU EATEN TODAY?
HI everyone
Here's what I plan on having today:
B-EAS Advant cappucino protein shake
S-none since my mom "reminded me" no snacking per surgeon...
L-rotisserie (sp?) chicken drenched in white cheese sauce & salsa & about 3-4 fat free Lay's (new) tortilla chips (very salty )
S-nothing again
D-no clue
Been drinking A LOT of caffiene laden splenda tea... my kidneys are screaming....soooo I'm going to stop drinking before noon and kick in the pure H2O (will help me to get to sleep better)

I'm on midnites so I've had breakfast, lunch & dinner in case you think your eyes are playing tricks on you.
b- protein shake
l- 4 oz chicken, squash, zuchinni stir fry
d-4 oz cottage cheese w/salsa
s-sipping on a protein shake now
about 42 ounces of water so far. Trying to up my fluid since I've noticed I haven't been drinking enough the last few days.

This is my menu for the day:
B - Power Crunch Bar
S - 3 bite size pretzels (didn't sit too well today)
L - Wendy's chili/taco salad
D - Not sure yet, I have a lot of running to do tonight and haven't figured out when to fit in eating. I will probably make myself tuna or egg salad.
Fluids - Not doing well here. Only drank about 8 oz of Crystal light so far today. I need to work on this.

Breakfast-Wendy's fruit cup
After workout-protein shake
Lunch-Egg salad and MORE ulcer meds., Water
snack-cheese niblets-Laughing cow low fat
Dinner-MORE ulcer meds. and Malaysian soup
snack-2 triscuits with cheese niblets
Since I gave up caffeine, sugar, and carbonated drinks, I am feeling GREAT!!!! I had read that this would be the case, but WOW!!! I feel like I have been poisoning my body for years and am finally healthy again!!
Workouts are working great,too.

L- homemade chicken salad, banana
S- no idea yet... probably some cottage cheese or some refried beans and cheese
D- probably fish and faux taters with some carrots.
I have been kicking up the water again, after I get home from my daily regiment I fill my 64oz water jug and make myself fini**** reguardless of how much I have already drank during the day. It has seemed to help and pushed me passed my 200 lbs mark that I have been hovering at! LOL!

Hi everyone!
B: Pro-rated chocolate protein powder blended with 1/4 banana and a 1/2 cup milk.
S: Cottage cheese and small can of v-8
L: Salad from salad bar at work, lettuce, tofu, edamame, egg, cheese, sunflower seeds, cauliflower, cucumber. (huge salad, but I only ate about 1/2)
S: String cheese
D: Home made split pea soup
S: not sure yet
Drank tall starbucks decaf, 16 oz of water, 8 oz of crystal light, need to get busy
took, b-12, iron and multi. Still need calcium
Will be doing water arobics tonight, and have walked for 10 minutes at each break.
Day off of work today after pulling a open to close yesterday . Slept late had
B- 2 eggs 1/2 slice of lite weight bread
s- 1/2 banana
D- was a boneless chicken breast, slice tomato, and about a spoonfull of pasta.
s- will probably be cheese
water is going good almost finished my 64oz for today.

4 Toasteds wheat crackers with Wal-Mart Great Value pimento cheese
Lunch -
1 Chicken thigh
1/4 cup canned mushrooms in red sauce
Snack -
Handful of Cheese-Its white cheddar crackers
Supper -
1/2 Reuben sandwich - 1 slice rye bread, 3 super-thin slices of corned
beef, saurkraut, Thousand Island dressing, swiss cheese, grilled.
"Snack" (it's been a very long day...) -

Atkins Chocolate Royale protein shake
Liquids -
22 oz. total of Atkins shakes
8 oz. milk
34 oz. water
12 oz. grape Propel water
10 oz. Tropicana Light 'N Healthy apple juice
