Melt-in-your-mouth Chicken!
Just wanted to share this incredibly yummy way to fix chicken. It's so moist and tender, and goes down wonderfully! Here's all you do:
Get two items -
1. Package of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2. Wylers Soup Starter - Chicken Noodle
Cut the fat off the thighs and rinse them off.
Throw them in a pot.
Cover with water (plus some because it will boil down a little).
Put in the package of Wylers and stir it up.
Boil for 20 min.
This is so easy and it's hard to believe how much TASTE you get. Sure, there are noodles in the pot, and you can make the chicken soup if you want. It's delicious. But I just go for the chicken! One thigh is approximately 4 oz., give or take. It's easy to chew, no "I-think-I-just-swallowed-a-baseball" syndrome! Breasts are good this way, too, but not as tender and juicy as the thighs. Anyway, just an idea for a little variety!

Thanks for sharing Robin. In all of my experimental cooking I have found that boiling meat half way and then bake it halfway OR Marinate the crud out of it... helps to keep meat moist and easy to chew. I love those precooked rotisserie style of chickens from walmart, they go down so easy and make the BEST chicken salad! LOL!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~
