High Protein cereal
I eat the Kashi Go Lean cereal - 13 grams of protein in a cup. Today I tried what Christie recommended and put 1/2 cup of cereal in my Atkins Carb Countdown yogurt for breakfast. What a treat! I had learned to like the cereal (in the beginning it was like eating twigs) but I can adapt to anything, but mixed in the yogurt, it was great and of course, I ended up having about 20 grams of protein for breakfast! I am gonna have to look for that. I miss cereal!
