After being on a plateau for about 3 weeks, I am finally making progress again. When I got on the scale today, I am 200 pounds even!!! I was ecstatic with joy! I haven't weighed that much since 1992. This surgery was the best thing I could have done for myself. I am so glad we have this website so that we can share both our good days and our bad days. Take care everyone!!! Pat

Congratulations - I will be three months next week and have only lost 35 lbs. I stick to 800-1000 calories but my problem is that I can eat almost anything. I try to make good choices but it seems like maybe it is stalling me in loss. Also, I have not gotten into exercise at all. Lynne

Seems to me that you know where the problem areas are...I have had to work HARD to lose 50 pounds..and I am 2 and a half months out. I walk at LEAST a mile everyday and 2 or 3 miles a couple of times a week...I also do not indulge in eating bad food choices. I am a slow loser as it is...I don't want to make it worse.
