Here's what I've had so far:
B-protein shake (self-made) approx 35g protein
S-2 pb sandwich crackers (saltines) about gagged after halfway thru them
L-no clue yet
S-probably popcorn
D-no clue yet
Water/Liquids: so far approx. 25 oz

B - Atkins Advantage Chocolate Royale protein shake
L - egg drop soup, 1 cheese wonton
Sn - 1/4 cinnamon crunch protein bar
D - 2 oz chili
Sn - probably 1 peanut butter protein ball
Liquids: 24 oz water, 12 oz decaf tea, 8 oz Nectar crystal sky protein drink, 8 oz CC pineapple-banana-orange juice, 4 oz CC chocolate milk, 4 oz skim milk

Hi All!
B: Protein shake w/1 soop pro-rated chocolate and 4 oz milk and a couple of slices of banana
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese
L: about 3/4 cup chicken wonton soup YUM!
S: about 15 q-smarts
D: not sure yet
vits only took multi. Having problems with swallowing the calcium citrates.
Liquids, 8 oz water, 4 oz milk, 8 oz. decaf coffee, 8 oz crystal light. Need to get busy...

i was so bad today. daughter took me to a favorite place to eat for lunchit is a little whole in the wall place but it has the best lunch special. all home cooked and much more than most can eat at a setting. i asked for a togo box when I ordered hubby had what was left for dinner.
B- banana
L- just a few bites of each but of so good and so bad.
pork tenderloin/gravy
mashed potatoes
green beans
macaroni salad there was a slice of home made bread and ice tea but stayed away from them. of by the way all this is only $5.00
D- will be a tuna salad on greens ( need the protien)

So far I've had:
B- none
L- 2 oz. salmon with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, cheese stick
D - not sure, probably the same thing
so far I've had all my vitamins and supplements, one of my protein shakes which has 35 grams in it, and about 55 oz. of crystal light, diet snapple.
In case you're wondering, my doctor does not allow any snacks, just 3 meals per day, of which I only eat lunch and dinner.
