WHAT HAVE YOU EATEN TODAY??

It's been a hectic week. I've had strep throat (again) 2nd time in less than 5wks...
Here's my menu (planned) today:
B-3/4ths of fried egg w/slice cheese (ate most of it) about 7 tiny (diced) strawberries w/fat free whipped cream (antibiotic makes me ravenous )
S-2 pb sandwich crackers
L-approx 1/4 cup broiled steak w/worsterchire sauce to make it go down easier
S-about 1 cup popcorn
D-?? no idea
S-probably nothing
H2O around 16oz...yeah been busy

Couldn't work out today or yesterday. I am TWO pounds away from 250!!!
then minus 50 lbs.!!!! I want to exercise!!
Today has been busy and hard to get my meals in.....having to play catch up tonight to get in the rest of the fluids & protein
B - Atkins Advantage Cafe au Lait protein shake
L - 6 oz sf, nonfat yogurt w/protein powder
Sn - cinnamon crunch protein bar
D - 3/4 c. crab chowder
Sn - Nectar roadside lemonade protein drink
Liquids: 24 oz water, 12 oz decaf tea, 10 oz Welch's low-cal juice, 4 oz CC chocolate milk, 4 oz skim milk, 8 oz CC pineapple-orange-banana juice

-38 pounds since surgery (63 pounds total!)
Hi allall. I have been an eatin' fool today. I think I must be PMSing.
I could not gag down any form of protein shake, drink or bar. It happens some times.
B: 1/2 cup of cream of wheat w/tbls of slivered almonds and splenda & milk
S: Decaf starbucks coffee
L: Catered meeting not great choices...insides of a chicken salad sandwich, slice of watermelon & honey dew, and a few chips
S: about 15 Q-smart crackers & string cheese
D: Hot dog w/lowfat melted american cheese & 1/2 cup tomato soup
S: I think I have eaten enough
Water: I haven't kept track, but I know I am not at 64 oz.
I did walk on treadmill for 35 minutes and worked with personal trainer for 30 minutes. I am pooped!
Hi! Well today was probably one of the few bad days I've had since my surgery on January 10th 2005.
My doctor has his patients eat 3 meals a day and no snacks.
I don't do breakfast so for :
Lunch: 2 oz. of baked chicken tenders, about 1/4 cup of baby greens
Dinner: 2 oz. of poached salmon and a string cheese
90 oz. of water (Crystal Light, Diet Snapple)
70 grams of protein (Isopure Protein Powder Shake) 2X a day at 35 gr. ea.
