What Have You Eaten Today?

Hope you all are having a great day today. It's stormy & rainy in AL today.
Ok here goes nothing....
B-EAS coffee house Caramel protein drink actually tasted like coffee (sorta like the starbucks cold cappucinos you can buy at the gas stations)...
L-? maybe some chili?
D-?????
No snacks so far, but I've brought to work with me some sliced (fresh) strawberries with 2 packets of Splenda sprinkled on them YUM so I might have those.
So far, only 25oz of splenda-tea (w/caffiene).

So, Beth, tell me how is the caffeinated drinks sitting with you? I've been afraid to try any for fear that I'd be jumping out of my skin...
Let's see... I'll start with LND...
LND: Meatloaf was planned but have to make that tonight instead. We stopped at KFC and I got (for the first time) a 3 piece ckn strip meal... I've been very timid in trying the breast meat for fear of getting "stuck" -- but it went down beautifully, albeit, I could only consume 1 strip (and I say only lovingly - I just love this WOL), about 2 tb of the mashed and gravy, and about 1 T of the coleslaw, which I love! and this morning I didn't gain - always my fear with KFC cuz it's a bit on the salty side ;)
B: Out to breaky with the family. 1/2 order eggs benedict w/homefries - I ate about 1/3 of the benedict and about 4 potatoes.
L: Leftover KFC
D: (Planned) meatloaf made with bacon and tomatoes, tortellini w/alfredo, green salad
S: Atkins shake

Had the day off and slept late.
B- Had carnation breakfast.
L- Then 1/2 of a lunch meat sandwich, 1/2 a small apple.
D- Dinner is going to be 16 bean soup with no fat (I use chic broth it is so good).
sn- was a piece of colby cheese that I snaked on all afternoon while I cleaned house. Did I say that I had the day off
I drink Wylers sugar free teas( no caffine). A pack makes 64oz so I know when I have finished the jug that I have all of my liquids in.
Well have to check dinner have a good evening...........................Peggy
Hi! I had lap rny on January 10, 2005. Well since I live in Hawaii, it's only
11:31 am, and so far I have had:
2 16.9 oz. bottles of Crystal Light
I don't have breakfast and we are not allowed any snacks. And I normally eat only 2 of my 3 meals each day which seems to work ok for me.
I'll be making my protein shake in a little while which will give me 1/2 of my required protein for the day (70 grams per day). I have this shake twice a day.
For lunch, I'll probably have 4 oz. of baked chicken tenders and maybe a string cheese.
And for dinner I'll have probably 3-4 oz. of baked fish with some steamed veggies.
And of course, I will continue to drink my water or Crystal Light during the day, I usually get in approx. 90 oz. each day.
This is fun, let's keep this up everyday for those of us who crossed over to the "losing side" in January, 2005!!! What do you all think?

Ok... Im doing better...getting in more liquid actually took all my vitamins today so far
I had hotchocolate SF with Unjury unflavored protein powder(20g) -B
2oz tuna salad 5 tortilla (baked chips) and they stayed down and didn't hurt!! Lunch
16 oz rasb crystal light
8oz tomatoe soup with 1scoop unjury unflavored protein powder (20g)
8 oz crystal light
cup tea (decaf)
Plan on 1/4 ricotta cheese with cinamon for dinner
hot chocolate with one scoop unjury protein powder
it aint pretty but its protein and carbs

Your meals sound a bit like mine because I've been having issues with solid foods. Here's how my day looked:
B - Atkins Advantage Cafe au Lait protein shake (20)
L - 6 oz yogurt w/protein powder (12)
Sn - 1/8 c. diced watermelon, SF tapioca pudding w/protein powder (8)
D - Protein drink (20)
Sn - peanut butter protein ball (10)
Liquids: 30 oz water, 12 oz decaf tea, 8 oz protein drink (15), 8 oz carb countdown juice
Took all my vits & did an upper body strength training tape

Ok update on my menu today:
L-one bite of chicken enchilada (w/o the shell) and I about
S-protein shake (same as breakfast)
D-1oz of broiled beef (I measured out 2 oz because we should be eating this amount, right? but I can't eat that much)
S-zesty butter popcorn (about 1cup)
ahhhh today was a good day
