Hi! Here's what I'm taking daily:
1. 6 (3 am/3 pm) Bari-TEC Long Term Vitamins & Chelated Minerals (from globalnutritionalproducts.com). I started with Vista Vitamins, but they're so big to swallow for me, you have to take 8 of them a day, they're expensive, and I couldn't feel the effects of them like I can the Bari-TEC. Bari-TEC is a little less expensive than Vista Vitamins and they have a disintegration time of less than 1min. Like Vista, they have Albion chelated minerals.
2. 1 Puritan's Pride Chelated Zinc (from Wal-Mart)
3. 1 Rexall Extreme Biotin 1500 mcg (from Wal-mart)
4. 1 Spring Valley B-1 250 mg (from Wal-Mart)
5. 1 Twinlab Sublingual B-12 Dots 500 mcg (from Vitalady.com)
Twice a week I take:
6. Spring Valley B-Complex Sublingual Liquid (from Wal-mart)
Dr. Scott's program (in Columbia, Mo.) is to begin calcium at 3 months out, so I'll add a chelated calcium at the end of this month.
Yes, there're a lot of pills, but hey, I just take 'em one at a time with my Atkins protein drink in the morning and it's not so bad. I figure it's a small price to pay to make this surgery successful.
