Hi Does anyone know the shelf life of the Isopure protein drinks once opened? I know that the protein in milk breaks down within a few hours after opening. Thanks Syndi

Hi! I had lap rny on January 10th 2005, and have been taking the Isopure Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder since I got home from the hospital. I take two shakes a day which gives me 70 grams of protein. I purchase mine from GNC. I first started purchasing the 3 pound bottle but that doesn't last even a month, so now I started to purchase the 7-1/2 pound bucket. If you purchase it during the first 7 days of the month and have a GNC Gold Card you get 20% off and the bucket is normally already marked 25%. With the two discounts, you end up paying $54.00 for a bucket that lasts almost 2 months. I hope this helps! I guess what I'm trying to say is that you use it up fairly quickly so it's not as if it's just sitting on your shelf. Pat
