WDYET?
Too early in the day to tell....lol! I will have to check back later.... so far I have had a serving of bacon, 16oz of water, and a protein drink.
I plan on going to water arobics, mowing my lawn, practicing TaeKwonDo, making lunch and dinner and getting in another protein drink after the pool or TKD.
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~

I am having a really hard time you guys!
I am still not eating really solid foods. I can't eat more than the consitency of pudding, soup, or yogurt. Sometimes cottage cheese even is too much. I have absolutely no appetite even and aversion to food. I even had an episode this weekend of throwing up water. I am down to 196lbs which is wonderful but I really envy your ability to eat chicken and stuff. I'm not supposed to eat more than 30gms of carbs (which is nothing) so pasta and rice etc. are out. I have been able to eat refried beans. I'm feeling a bit depressed I think and feel like keeping track of everything is "too much trouble" I don't mean to complain but something is really different for me. I was so excited and into keeping track in the beginning and now I am a mess.
Yesterday I had
16oz crystal light
1/2 oz cheddar cheese
1/4c refried beans
1tbsp sour cream
SF popsicle
I don't care if I eat or drink...accept I know I will get sick and keep having less and less energy. I don't get it...feeling really stuck.
Today I have had
5oz crystal light
8oz SF hotchocolate with unjurry powder 20g Protein
1/2 cup cream of wheat made with 1/2 c 2% milk and 1/4c ricotta cheese
Lunch Plan: Isopure grape frost 40g protein
more crystal light
Dinner: no idea yet
I am sleeping so much that I don't seem to be able to exercise. Maybe I'll try the treadmill for a walk.
I have a little bit of a grouch pouch today, so I'm taking it rather easy.
LND: This was soooo yummy! Swedish meatballs - 2, 2tb mashed potatoes w/gravy, garden salad with fetta cheese and ranch dressing -- all new foods and all is well
B: 2 tb mashed potatoes w/1/4c ricotta, sb egg
s: Atkins shake
L: 1/2 egg salad sandwich
D: Meatloaf made with bacon and tomatoes, cheese tortellini (experimental - haven't had this since WLS) w/alfredo sauce, garden salad -- planned
Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill, only going 2.5 mph (but up from 2.0 mph) incline of 2 on the phone with my friend -- this works out so well for us!
