WDYET?
Okay, Friends... Thought I would start this thread today.
LND: Vietnamese, which is the third time I've tried it and it just doesn't sit too well and makes me have a grouch pouch! 1/2 spring roll; 1 oz of lemon grass chicken; 2 small shrimps
B: The usual... 1/2 Nancy's quiche; 1tb sour cream; 2 tb cottage cheese
L: (planned) 1/2 egg salad sandwich = 1 slice bread, 1 egg, 2tb mayo
D: (planned) BBQ chkn thighs and a nice side salad (can't believe how much I've missed salad) with fetta cheese, sunflower seeds and O&V dressing
s: Popcorn - about a cup popped
Not much. My sinuses are a mess and I really don't feel hungry, but here is what I have had so far today.
B - Omelet - made with 2 eggs, cheese, ham & mushroom - I ate about 1/4 of it
S - 3 prunes
L - Not sure yet
D - Salad, either Tuna (no dressing) or Chef (w/ranch dressing)
Liquids - 20 oz CL Decaf iced tea
getting ready to start my next 20 oz of water

Crazy morning...................had 1/2 biscuit and a scrambled egg. Drinking now and then I will think about lunch probably tuna and a salad I had missed them too and the added thing is they tend to keep the other end moving for me. :toliet: Dinner will be at work have to work nite shift and I'm sure that it will be on the run so probably chic breast.
