I was so frustrated today...
Work has been hell all week, my pouch is acting up a bit (probably due to the stressful week at work), and... I have a baby shower to attend on Saturday. I had these "real woman" bucks burning a hole in my pocketbook from Lane Bryant's, so off to the mall I head. Well, after trying on multiple skirts, shirts, crop pants, etc... I actually left with store with nothing  The one good thing that happened, I easily slid right into a pair of 22s
Anyone else having troubles finding something they like in the way of new clothing?!? I also have in the back of my mind that I want it to be a useful piece of clothing, i.e., like an overshirt that is one size too small (gaping buttons when buttoned) with a T under, etc. I think I'll go with my friend to the thrift stores next time... So now, I must go out again tomorrow and try again -- ugh...
Wow - you slid right into a 22? That is so exciting!
I hate shopping for clothes, even though I'm losing pretty quickly. I carried most of my weight in my tummy, and finding pants to fit is a challenge. If the waist fit, the legs were huge, and vice versa.
I'm pretty much addicted to lane bryants bootcut jean with a bit of stretch in it - I found it fits my legs much better than regular jeans. You reminded me to go in there and look for some stuff!
Enjoy your 22's! 20 and 18 will be here before you know it!
