Lunch-chicken salad w/ 2 crackers- 4 oz., protein-2 oz. nap with babies rehearsal- roadside lemonade protein- 40 g. protein snack- 1 spoonful peanut butter water- 4 oz. Dinner- 3 oz. baked salmon with dill sauce, 2 spears fresh asparagus crystal light sunrise orange 4 oz. snack- string cheese
