RIGHT ON, JENN!!!!! Ain't it great. My surgeon came into my room late one night and I was watching the "biggest loser". He asked about the show and what it was all about - obviously, he doesn'****ch much TV - anyway, I explained it all to him and then he said with a bright smile -- Yeah, but you will be the longest loser! Sometimes I lose sight of the fact that this is NOT just another diet to conquer, win, lose and then regain - this is the "secret cure"! A tool for life! Gosh, I'm sooooo happy with my decision to finally have WLS -- aren't you?!? CONGRATULATIONS on the "2s", My Friend!!!! ((((skinny hugs)))) wendyb 302/257 -45

Jen, HONEY listen to me that is NOT A SILLY LITTLE GOAL! That is WONDERFUL! Hey, before surgery, I couldn't even be weighed (the nurse at my dr's office just would simply write OFF THE SCALES on my report...meaning I was over 350)...and NOW I can fit on personal scales at home...although mine aren't moving Anyway CONGRATS I am happy for you! That's a major accomplishment Beth

A goal reached (no matter how trivial it may seem to you or others) is still a goal reached. Therefore it is an accomplishment that should be celebrated! Conratulations girl! Not a silly goal! Even my surgeon's scale didn't go above 350...talk about feeling bad about myself. I'm in the office of a *bariatric* surgeon and I'm still a whopping 49lbs more than his scales can hold. I wanted to crawl under a rock and die! Now I weigh at dd's biweekly asthma appointments, all on the same scale. It's a huge deal not to have to weigh on digital scales! Way to go - enjoy it! Melissa 399/307/180

Congratulations! You're doing great. And your goal is not silly. Everyone has something special that will be important to them. I wanted to be able to wear my wedding ring(already sized up once) and I'm wearing it tonight. It might be a little tight, but still..............works for me. I'm a slow loser, so my goals are going to take longer than I expected, but it's a start. And the goal you accomplished today is just one of many that you'll reach too. Dianne
