I know, I do!!!! It just feels like home being around you all who are at or near the same spot I am... So, what did you eat today? Here's mine: B: Out to breakfast every wednesday with my family - today I had 1 scrambled egg w/ketchup and cheese, cottage cheese, and refried beans. I ate about half the egg, 2 tb of the beans and about the same of the cottage cheese. L: Leftover ham w/spinach noodle fettuccini alfredo - had to chop it up today into small pieces so I wouldn't make the mistake of eating too fast and not chewing well enough - it went down just fine! About a half cup. D: 1/2 regular taco from Taco Bell and 1/2 pintos and cheese. Totally slacked on my water and vits today -- shame on me!

Hi Wendy, This board is great! I had a really good day of eating, drinking, and taking vitamins B: 4ozs of oatmeal with milk and splenda am Snack for 45 minutes: 8ozs of hood carb choclate milk L: 4ozs of chicken alfredo with noodles pm Snack: 1/2 banana S: 4 ozs potatoe/bacon casserole Bedtime snack: 4ozs dannon yogurt Liquids: 38ozs of Sunrise Crystal light, 20ozs water, 8ozs chocolate milk Took B-12, one day vitamin, and 1260mg of calcium WLS! Well let's see... yesterday I had: B: Atkins protein bar (7 am) S: 1 LF mozz cheese stick (9:30) E: Water arobics & laps (1 1/2 hours) (10-11:30) L: chicken salad (1/3 c) in a tortilla wrap with one pickle (12) S: LF/LC tortilla chips with salsa and a queso dip (3p) E: TaeKwonDO practice with family 45 min. (5-6) D: (make prok tenderlion but did not tolerate it well so that is what they ate) I ended up having Lean ham (2 oz), chedder carrots/broccoli/califlower, 2 bites of mashed taters (7-7:30) S: Florida Sunshine Cup (jello and fruit thingy...it rocks...recipe on my journey website!) (9-9:30) I drank 1 snapple (16 oz), water and crystal light (50+ oz), took all vitamins and medicines (still fighting a cold), protein drink (low cal) during exercise sessions) All in all, I did fairly well. Had to work today and was crazy busy( I work in fast food). I had one chicken tender, a slice of tomato, and a slice of colbly cheese. I did get in my water, vitamins. Will have to eat all protien for dinner to make up for the day.
