Under 200!!!!!
Whoohoo!!!!!
I am under 200lbs!!!!!
I can't believe it I have been stalled for a week or more waiting for the final 2lbs....it happened. Have been going through clothes and giving them to my sister who is about to have the surgery in a month or so. I have gotten out all my old clothes that I held on to for posterity and SOME OF THEM FIT! My shoes are even getting big?!?!
What a trip this is.
I'm still not feeling like I can just eat a meal. I have a finicky pouch that can't make up it's mind what's ok and what's not. I take one meal at a time.
Saw a bunch of folks I had seen in a long while at my friends memorial service and they were really shocked at my weightloss. Thank you God and Dr. Greene and my support network here!
Congratz That is wonderful.... I too am still holding onto the last few lbs before I can break 200. I was very sick all of last week (still have a touch of it now) so all of last week I barely ate, drank, or exercised. So now I am paying for it. Lucky for me hubby came home and he gave me IV fluids last night so I can catch up on my dehydration and stay out of the hospital. WHEW! So today I am pushing lots of crystal light, taking it slow and easy on the protein/food b/c I still have lots of post nasal drip so my pouch is pissed off to say the least. However I have returned to water arobics, swimming and TaeKwonDo... matter of fact since hubby has a few days off work, I am dragging him with me! LOL! Did I mention that I weigh less than him now! He tells me that I inspire him to do better every day! WHAT A HIGH that is, hearing those words for an active duty soldier. Heck, he inspires ME! LOL! OK, now I am gushing so I will get off here and go get my allergy shots. UGH!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~
