wow....100 lbs gone forever.....can the scale be right ?
hi everyone ... i had surgery on the 19 of january. it has been a learning process . i have never regretted having surgery . on my 2 mth date i stepped on my sister-in-laws scale and it said i was 100 lbs lighter than the day of surgery . i could not believe it . i got off and on a few more times and asked a few people to see if their weight was right when they used the scale. the next morning i went to the store and weighed myself again and even made my husband try the scale . well i guess it was right .... i am 2 mths out and i have lost 100 lbs . i still dont see it ...but someday i will see the thinner healthy me everyone is starting to see .
everyone have a great day

Hi Tina! Just wanted to CONGRATULATE you on your fantastic weight loss! I had lap rny on January 10th and have only lost 45 pounds so far.
I still have 96 pounds to go, since I am only 5 feet tall, my goal is 120 pounds.
Take care and make sure you're taking all your vitamins, supplements, and be sure you're getting enough protein!
Aloha, Pat
HOLY COW! That is amazing! I too only thought men lost that fast! WOW! We had our surgeries on the same date and I have only lost half the weight you have! I am amazed! Keep up the good work!
What are you eating, drinking, and exercising like? I am curious on how you have lost so much so fast! LOL!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~
