okay just silly I guess, someone other than family or friends noticed I have lost weight. I ran into a girls that I worked with at one time, she wanted to know where my other half was, I thought she was talking about my hubby, she said no you girl where is the rest of you. I could have kissed her. I have had the worst time seeing my weight loss (43 lbs). I just don't see it in my head, my clothes aren't loss. I do feel better and am off most of my meds. So that is a big thing. I am just having the worst time getting in my head that this will work. I guess it is the old diets thing and having failed at all. Well going to go look around some more and get to know some of you................take care. Still happy Peggy

Hi Peggy! I am glad someone noticed. People other than family and friends have noticed for me too -55.6 but I swear they are only saying it to be nice. I wonder if I will ever even after all the weight is gone, be confident? What are your guys thoughts?

Me,too, Peggy. I am 2 months post-op and have lost 40 lbs. I am 2 sizes smaller (almost 3), but I still can't see it! I go to visit up North in May, and I hope that I will get some positive comments from those folks. My little boy, age 5, says "Mommy is shrinking!". : ) Lou Ann
