CAN YU EAT TOO MUCH AND GAIN?

I KNOW DUMB QUESTION RIGHT, scared this will happen. I eat till full. Not much at all but I can finish a string cheese with ham in a half an hour. I also want to share with you that I fell last night because my pants are too big and tripped on the pant legg. I am sore today. well hugs

Yep..it is possible..especially after the honeymoon. Grazing all day....slugging down milkshakes and high calorie smoothies..it IS possible to outeat the surgery. This is a lifestyle change.....I am SO GLAD not to feel hungey all the time! I hope this lasts a LONG time! Sher'

Just like Sher said, you can eat your way through your surgery buy doing too much high caloric drinks, soups, etc... And by grazing and eating nutritionally weak foods with high calories, fat, carbs...etc... Changing your eating habits before your pouch has a chance to expand is the main goal here. HTH!
