Anyone else get injuries in bed?
Well how much weight have you lost and how old is your mattress. My surgeon warned me that once I have lost a significant amount of weight I would need to replace my mattress. This is because it would have a depression in the place where I typically lay and my body's new curves would try to fall into it's old depression and I would not sleep comfortably. Eventually it would throw off my back and I would wake up sore and restless. I have started to experience this and hubby has agreed to buy a new mattress set when he gets back from overseas... YEAH!
Also, if you are a restless sleeper you may hit things in your sleep and not realize it. With vitamin deficiencies we heal slower and bruise easier.
HTH!

I agree with Jamie... I noticed that when I lose weight the same thing happens with my shoes....when my feet start to hurt at work I know it's time to buy new shoes! I also noticed that I wake up feeling a little sore and never made the connection to my mattress until now. I definitely need a new mattress will probably try flipping it over until then.
LOL! If flipping the mattress does not work, try putting a sheet of thin plywood between the mattresses to add support until you can swing a new mattress.
I am saving up for one of those memory foam ones I think. I want hubby to build me a platform bed this year.
