Plateau
Hi Marti:
I was wondering whether you were doing any better. I was going to email you in a few days. Are you losing any inches? Have you thought about getting rid of your scale? I did this week and I feel much better. I decided that I am going to focus on my health (protein, water, exercise, etc) and just get weighed at the doctor's office. I feel much better now. Also, I upped my water intake.
Hope your plateau ends soons. Keep me posted.

First 6 days 13 pounds, first 14 days another 10, the next week, nothing. week four 6 pounds, week 5 nothing again, week 6 1 pound and I weigh again tomorrow and I hope that scale reads differently. I am getting very upset over this. I've been told I don't eat enough but I think I do. I know I don't exercise enough but I still think I should lose.
