I have had fudgesicles everysince I had been out two weeks, they are lowfat, low surger and they go down great. I love them, is this okay, or is it a mistake to eat them?

As long as they are lowfat and low sugar it should be OK, check with the Dr. I haven't tried them but they sure sound good. I have been eating the assorted sugar free popsicles. You can't tell that they are sugar free. They taste great. BTW, it's the "Popsicle" brand.

I love the popscicle brand ones and not only are they low in sugar and fat but have you checked the nutritional info? They have a serving size as TWO pops so when I eat one I am only getting half the calories! LOVE IT! Just don't go crazy and eat the whole box!
