I have been eating Lean Cusine meals for lunch and dinner, but I have been noticing the sodium content on the label sounds kinda high. Has anyone else been eating Lean Cusine?

Hi Elaina, I haven't been eating Lean Cusine meals however, you may want to check with your Dr. and/or nutritionist regarding the sodium content. I was told to watch the sodium but I don't have any real guidelines on just how much I should be taking in. Glad you posted. I need to check with my Dr. also. Take Care

The nutritionist satff at the office I go to says anything that has under 600mg of sodium (these days) is good. I try to get low sodium choices for everything so one meal every so often over that won't kill me. I have only done the Lean Cuisine once.... I prefer the Healthy Choice and the Weigh****chers dinners myself. I typically have to split them into two meals but some of them I can eat a "whole meal" (because I have to skip a part of it like the noodles or something). I am a recovering carb addict (mostly pasta) so I have made the choice to avoid noodles but satify the craving with an occassional manacotti (high in protein and the noodle sleeve is thin and light).
