I can tolerate chicken very well, but I usually eat the vegetable protein meat substitutes. They are very soft and easy on my pouch, plus have more protein for a smaller amount. I am going to eat one Big Frank and a small amount of egg substitute for breakfast.
I also supplement my protein with either Isopure pre-mixed or liquid protein. You can get both from GNC.
Thanks for the encouragement on my slow weight loss. I have decided to make mini-goals for myself so that when I hear of others' weight loss, I will feel like I am on track.

Well now this really sucks, I am the slowest here so far with a whopping 24lbs and I'll be on my 8th week on MON. So I'll be going on 4 weeks with NO LOSS! I have yet to see ANYONE here post that they have lost this little and had no loss for this amount of time. I really feel like I'm done. What honeymoon period!

Sorry to hear that you've stopped loosing. I Know that there are several weeks when I have not lost anything and consider myself a very slow looser too. Have you contacted your dr? Are you like me and taking in too many carbs? I am trying to give up the mashed potatos but they feel really good when they go down. I wish I had the answer for you and I do feel your pain.
