Today I went to Target to get some workout pants and some shoes. I went my usual 3X and took them in the dressing room. At first, my brain was confused. What is wrong with the sizing on these pants?!!! Somebody goofed. So I got another pair to try on. Slowly it dawned on me. I was no longer a 3X. I danced out the dressing room doors and began telling perfect strangers that I had dropped a whole size. But wait, these 2X pants are loose! OMG, I could almost wear a 1X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told my son,age 5, sitting patiently watching mommy act silly, that I was a whole size smaller and he said " Sure, Mom, you're shrinking". Now, if someone could make my big size 12 feet shrink down to a 10!!! Lou Ann BTW, I joined a club and started working out 5 days a week this week.

Congrats LouAnn I wish I was having your kind of luck. I have went from a size 26W shirt to an almost 18 but, my waist is still as big, I have lost some of my bigggg butt I carry around, and my leggs have gotten some smaller but not my waist and I dont get it. I had my 6 wk check up and I have lost 36.5 lbs, which is great for me but of course I am not happy about the waist problem. I also have no energy my doctor took me off the multi vitamin and put me on a chewable prenatal one in hopes to bring up my energy. So from what I am reading you have energy that is so great can you tell me your secret and how to find some? Mary

Mary, I had no energy for sooooo long that even when I have none now I still act like I do! I go until I drop cause I got........BABIES!!!!!! 3 year old and 5 year old. BTW, for the tummy I do adominal crunches 30 a day. Nothing else works. Fact! Doctor gave me clearance first, though. Don't worry, you'll soon have a flat tummy. Keep me posted. Lou Ann

CONGRATZ Hun! doesn't it feel great?! I went to wally world at week four since my 24s were falling off even with a belt, and I bought a 20 pair of pants. Well that did not last too long since I am now in a 16 shirt and skirt and almost in pants (18s are baggy but 16s are not flattering yet). Then the other day I screamed from the dressing rooms in Goodies when I was able to fit into and look good in a size L t-shirt. I screamed no more Xtra anything for me... I was dancing around and my son was laughing so hard he fell off his chair! Keep up witht he exercise. Pretty soon you will find that on the days you don't make it to your workout, you are dragging butt. You will find that you NEED to exercise to have energy. Today I feel like a slug since I did not get to the pool (I had a final exam). So when I went to wally world this evening I rang around pushing the cart with my 6 year old in it... he loved it and I got sweaty! People were laughing at me but hey, it worked! LOL!
