has anyone made a claim to aflac

i have aflac and i had to pay for my lap band surgury has anyone made a claim with them and do they pay in a timley manner

As far as I know, if they have all the info they need, they pay more timely than other types of insurance do. I guess it all depends on which of their policies you have (a disability claim might require more paperwork and time to process than a hospitalization claim) and who your agent is, if they double-check to make sure that the corporate headquarters received all the info they need.
