Well I am busting my booty a****er Arobics so that helps! LOL! I am going back to snacking next week... however my snacking is high protein low carb so I am praying it will jump start me! One of my favorite snacks I found on FoodNetwork... they simulate goldfish snacks and boy are they yummy!

Can't hurt to try it. Get that motor running again and you might surprise yourself.
When I was doing Low Carb "Atkins" if we stalled they would tell you to eat but eat protein and you would start losing again.
Being active also helps. I keep myself running from the minute I hit the floor at wor****il I go home. I'm and down ladders, carrying things and not what.
