I can eat toast now!!!Woo Hoooooo!!!!
Today I tried toast for the first time (about time too!) I really crisped them! Then I added fat free mayo, and Deli Roast beef in shredded form.
I ate a bite, waited two minutes, nothing bad happened, tried another bite. In an hour I had eaten 2/3 of a sandwich! No pain, no gas, nothing!
IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooo happy.

Isn't it a miracle? LOL! I have never been much of a sliced bread person but every once in awhile you want a piece of toast with your eggs! LOL!
There are two styles of GREAT low carb, high protein bread that you can pick up in a box and make at home if you do not have good prebaked options at your gorcery store! I LOVE MY BREADMAKER now!
So far, by the time I get in my protein I can only do 1/4 to 1/2 a slice of toast anyways....LOL!
