1 month postop and very thankful!!!

I would like to thank everyone who has supported me lately about not losing weight in 10 days! I had my one-month checkup today and am now down 29 pounds. This was wonderful news to me. I ended up having to increase the amount of food I was eating and it worked. It actually has helped. Thank you so much for all the supportive responses I have received!! Sue R.

YOur welcome. Congrats on ur loss. I am so glad you are starting to feel better now about your self. it is hard to feel confident when we are going thru this process. I know I struggle with ups and downs emotionallly everyday.
