I am 7 weeks out an I can eat toast with Peanut butter. Just one slice at a time alos I ca eat half of a grilled cheese sandwich. How long before your supposed to start solids? I work out 5 x a week so I am starting to feel really hungry. My metabolism must be kicking in(finally) I know what you mean by wanting cheescake-mmmmmmm yummy but as in the words of Homer simpson If i eat it "DOH" my tummy will hurt B -41 as of a week ago(i only let the Doc weigh me)

I am 4wks out and I am HUNGRY a lot. Meat doesn't sit well and I think I need more protein. I have been on numerous shopping sprees trying to find what I want and not had much luck.

Hi. I am 6 weeks out but can't have solids until 8 weeks because I have metabolic syndrome. I am not sure when your dr. says you can have solids...but you can do toast as long as it is toasted GOOD, or try crackers, I could eat saltines all day because they melt in my mouth and I actually feel like I am eating something too. Also, Jello makes a sugar free cheesecake PUDDING that is great. It's not the real stuff but it helps! Sharon
