6 wks post op....little appetite feeling GREAT no dssire to exercise
Are others working out 5 times a wk? I feel great and I am definatly more active yet Im not faithful to a workout regime.I dont overeat...actually I wonder how I survive on so little...brkfast 1/2 slice toast boiled egg ...lunch.....water ....3/4 banana...snack...peach...dinner 4 nuggets chik fila ....snack water///100 cal cheezit....I mean ,Im grateful that I have no appetite but I want to workout more.I will maybe 1 or 2 X a weeks. I have dropped 4 pants sizes in 6 weeks luvin it...so any advice pass it on.I am working on my H2O.I take my vit..and meds no prob there.
