Eating slow sucks!
I hate eating slow. It is soooo difficult for me. I forget if I am distracted.
I also cannot drink water without getting sick. Last few days have been constant upset tummy.
On the bright side, I went out to dinner at TWO restaurants and actually found things I could eat. Get This:
At mexican seafood rest. I actually ate shrimp and hot sauce!!!!
At chinese rest. I had hot and sour soup with tofu. YUM!
Lost 3 lbs. this week. I am slowing down for some reason.
