Newbie and 1 month post op results

Good morning everyone!! Well I am 1 month post op today and I weighed and I've lost drumroll pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee 34 pounds

That means I am now "severely obese" instead of MO. I told the ladies at work and they weren't near as excited about that as I am I upped my water and that seems to have helped. I also got 2 cards from a special online male friend that made my V day!! I hope you all have a wonderful day

Congrads I am a newbie too I had surgery Jan 11 and I'm down 30 pounds I haven't weighed in a while, I will weigh tomorrow at the doctor office. Keep up the good work and Happy Valentines to you. Luv Songs

Great news! I am 5 weeks post op and have lost 35 pounds. At times I feel like it is slow, but as long as I am losing I don't care. For a few weeks I didn't loose anything but then last week I lost 10 pounds. Have a great day!
