Slow losing!
You are eating well. Are you taking a multivitamin and calcium? They are so important. Don't despair about the weight slow down. The normal route is: Lose 12 to 20 the 1st week, little to nothing the second or third week while your body is adjusting to this BIG change, then melt off the lbs. after that. I am starting my 4th week and I have been told this many times. Well, today convinced me!!!!
My doctor weighed me and after not losing for a week, I am down another 10 lbs.!!!! Total so far: 35 lbs.!!!!!!
