Hi All, I was wondering if any one has had trouble with diarrehia? I eat anything and it leads to this.

Hi Elena, If you are on all liquids, you can more or less expect it to be that way. Once you start on solids it will get better. Hope you are feeling alright otherwise.

Yes. I noticed when I eat high fiber foods, it is a lot worse than some other days. Pay attention to what you are eating and then you can avoid them...

Hello Elena, I as well am 5 days pre op and did have the trouble of diarrehia each time I ate. However the liquid Immodium seem to help it and also the carefulness of the real sugar intake. Hope everything thing goes well for you and hope to hear from you another time. My name is Dora Ramirez live in Sacramento, Ca. and I had my surgery done in Hawaiin Gardens with Dr. Fobi on January 31, 2005. Well take care on your journey to a new life!

Hun, right nw all you are getting in is liquids so it will pretty much happen. I was lucky and only had it once. The nurses gave me a shot of a high strength diarehtic so that I could pee out the extra fluid fast! LOL! They gave it to me before pulling my folli (sp?) cath. Jamie
