I was eating some sugar free peanut butter; one spoonful, which I thought would be good because of all the protein. Wrong! It got stuck in my little tummy pouch and would NOT budge! Fianlly, after about 10 minutes of me yelling, cussing, crying, etc. It moved through. After that, I had shakes, cold sweats, and chills. Hours later, I felt ok. Beware!

Sweetie, you just had a dumping experience. They come in all shapes and forms. I guess this process is basically trial and error. You have officially been dumped!!! ( a little play on words ) I hope you are feeling much better. Just be careful and it's probably better if you and I stay on crunchy foods that we can chew to a mush, or very thick liquids that will go down more smoothly. If you are like me, you probably don't want to go through that again. Good luck! Charlene

I am so sorry you had the big "dump" Lou Ann! Doen't it suck royally?! Anyways, I am only able to do PB on really dry toat or on crackers and even then it has to be spread thinly. Hubby liked adding a scoop of PB to his chocolate protein shakes.... maybe if you miss the PB taste you can try that. Just add the PB in the blender while it is running while you are making up your shakes. Hubby also uses frozen milk **** cubes) with his blenderized chocolate PB protein shakes for a PB cup smoothie! LOL! Anyways, good luck for a dump free day! Jamie
