Date Changed

Well when I went for the pre-op appointment the Doc moved my surgery date from Feb 02, 05 to January 31, 05 third surgery. Then I got home Friday afternoon and had a message stating I was now first surgery of the day on the 31st. Now I have to check in at midnight versus 8:00 a.m. We were laughing and saying that anytime they are going to call and ask if I can be there in 45 minutes LOL. Well so many things are going on at the same time. Nothing will be the same. I no longer have a job as of this past Thursday and me and my partner met our soon to be 4 yo son for the first time on Friday. Hoping he can home with us next weekend. Oh and it looks as if I may already have a new job once I can return to work. God works in mysterious ways I just take it one day at a time and do the next indicated step. Yes, for those of you who this sounds familiar I am a friend of Bill W.

Hi Carl! Your surgery was moved UP!! That's a switch! And it's TOMORROW! That's very good since you're planning to have a new 4 year-old at your house next weekend! By next weekend, you'll still be a little sore, but you'll be able to get around pretty well and manage junior! Congratulations on things falling into place for you and good luck!!
