2 years realistic??
Hi Julie,
Congrats on your date! I can't answer your question for you, but if you will go to the gallery and look at all the before and after pics, I think you will get a pretty good idea of what your body will be capable of achieving. It really is up to you. Your diet and exercise regimin is going to be strictly up to you. I just keep telling myself: "If it's going to be, it's up to me!" So good luck with your journey. If you want it badly enough, you will achieve it!
I'll say a little prayer for you,
Charlene
Julie,
go to www.fitday.com, register to use their service for FREE and it will take you to their "online diet and fitness manager". You can use this to track anything about your journey, day by day.
The reason I mention this is that one of the things you can do is click on "weight" and you can put in what you weigh now, what you want to weigh, and when you want to get there. It will figure how much you would need to loose per week to reach that goal. My numbers had me losing 119 pounds over 1 year & it figures out to just about 2 1/2 pounds a week - very reasonable.
Hope that helps!
Amanda
God Bless you and good luck to you!!!!!!!!!!!! I think two or two and half years is very realistic but remember its only what you put into it so dont give up no matter what. You can do it. All I can do is think about having my surgery and I havent gotten my approval yet please pray that they approve me so that I can live a better life and be healthy and have fun with my two year old. With all our hearts The Campbell Family.
Julie,
There is a postop weight loss predictor on this site. Just go to www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/postopplanner.phtml
Hope this helps!
