How are all you in the 1/25 club? I am extremely calm and getting excited. I hope that all of you are doing well and are not too nervous. If you are just pray to God because He is the only reason I have as much peace as I do because I am a worry wart. Anyway, I am thinking about all of you. Charity Whittinghill

My surgery is Jan 25th and I am feeling great and not nervous at all. I do find myself trying to stay away from those that have colds that would be the last thing I would want to catch. Surgery in Ensenada Mexico

HI, I'm a 25th too. I'm hoping this time goes faster than it has been...Getting pretty sick of my pre op diet. But I'll get over it. I'm not worried about the surgery which does surprise me . Just the family is. Take care all of you that are having your surgery soon...Hopefully no complications for anyone and a quick recovery. bye for now, StephX

Hey all, I am a 25er too! I am a little hungry!!! Liquid diet sucks but I'm doing it anyway. I have lost a bunch of weight . I have bouts of anxiety and just try and use it to get my house in order. Been cleaning everything. I am a nurse and will work 4 12 hours shifts in a row starting tomorrow night so I'll be preoccupied. Anyone else have to do nystatin swish and swallow, Heparin shot, antibiotics, hibiclense wash etc for the days prior to surgery? What a regimin. That should keep me plenty busey...then their is the bowel prep the day before. Gotta love that phospha soda...uck

Hey all my fellow 1/25 club memebers!!! Glad to hear you are all doing well and getting ready for your surgery. I am very calm about things. It seems the closer it gets the easier its getting for me to warm up to the idea of being under anathesia for the first time in my life. I wish all of you great success with the preperations you have to make this week. God Bless you and hope to hear from you all soon!!! Sarah Moyer

I feel like i am getting ready to have my first child and bringing them home. I have "spring cleaned" in January. I have all of this unexplained energy. Not that i am complaining. I have rearranged all my cabinets and grocery shopped for me and my 2 kids. I am a single parent so i had to get stocked up for them also. I am having company this weekend so i know Tuesday will come fast. I called my doctor today to make sure i did'nt have to drink anything before surgery because i have read that alot of people do before. But they said no. I am very excited and nervous also. But definatley prepared. Good luck with your surgery and i will keep you in my prayers. Just remember we are off to a new start in life and it will be great. Take care. Kerrina Elliott
