just had surgery on 1/15 in brazil and doing great

today is a good day i am up a moving around i had the lap done no n/v no dizzyness i have a lot of weight to loose and i cabnt wait to get started i see my face thinning out howver i nees my buut and thighs to go. i am on a liquid diet for a month and everything is in portagese so i will have to find some proiten shakes before i go back to the states next week. please keep me in your prayers
